We are located in New York,  USA.   And we supply Free Shipping for all orders.

We ship in 1-2 business days, and send  you tracking information when your order has shipped so you know when to expect your order.  Some orders  are shipped with signature required so your order arrives in your hands, and not "somewhere else" or disappear from your mail box.  We will let you know if signature is required.

Shipping Fedex or USPS Signature Required:  If your order value is significant enough to require insurance  it is shipped with Fedex or USPS Signature Required.  If you are not available to sign when it is delivered by your postal carrier, you can request a new delivery time from your post office, or you can pick it up personally at your local post office.  If you do not claim your parcel, it will be "returned to sender" after a few days. If you do not claim it and it is returned to Chinesejadeno1, your refund will include a 20% restocking fee.
